by using path·ai you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the service.

path·ai is a free web tool that turns an ai/ml topic into a curated, ordered learning path — modules that pair a resource to read or watch with runnable code. it requires no account.

path·ai isn't directed at children under 13. by using it you confirm you're at least 13 years old. there are no accounts or credentials to manage.

You agree not to:

• use path·ai for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, or work around its rate limits;
• reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service or its generated content as your own product;
• submit topics designed to produce harmful, deceptive, or infringing output.

generated paths are produced by an ai model and are offered as a starting point, not authoritative instruction. review them and the resources they link before relying on them.

path·ai's curated and generated learning paths, the software, and the brand are owned by ogbuilds ltd. you're welcome to use the paths for your own learning, but you may not republish, redistribute, or pass them off as your own at scale.

the topics you type remain yours; by submitting them you allow us to process them to generate and cache a path, as described in the privacy policy.

every path links out to third-party learning resources — papers, courses, blogs, videos, docs, and code repositories — that we don't own or control. those resources have their own terms, licences, and availability, and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or whether the links stay live. follow the respective owners' terms when you use them.

path·ai is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. ai-generated paths may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and links may break or point to material we haven't vetted. you use the service and the resources it surfaces at your own discretion.

to the fullest extent permitted by law, ogbuilds ltd won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of path·ai. because path·ai is free, our total liability to you is limited to £100. nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under the laws of england & wales.

path·ai is a free product we may change, suspend, or discontinue at any time. we may restrict access if you breach these terms. you can stop using it whenever you like.

these terms are governed by the laws of england & wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of england & wales.

we may update these terms from time to time. we'll update the date above, and continued use of path·ai means you accept the current version.
